For any of you that are new here, I'm Heather (lovely to meet you!) and I founded With Honors for one simple reason: I know how it feels to be exactly where you are right now.  When I first got started and launched my own business, I was just a struggling social media manager - no clients, no social following, no secret circle of empowered entrepreneurs, no savings in the bank. I had just been let go from my magazine job when the company was unexpectedly sold overnight, and I was left with no income, no plan, and no safety net. I had zero skills as an entrepreneur and lived paycheck to paycheck. Needless to say, I was in TURMOIL.

I was an expert content creator, but I quickly learned an important truth: you can have knowledge, experience, and a stacked resume, but until you learn how to CRAFT AN OFFER and market yourself, you’ll always be chasing one-off jobs, freelance gigs, or - even worse- you’ll consider hanging on to a job you hate.  And let’s be honest, that life just AIN’T IT. 
 
Because I didn't have a business degree and lacked the know-how of revolving my revenue, I struggled for YEARS to get ideal clients - after working with all of the wrong ones. It was only when I started relentlessly learning everything I could about business, about content marketing, and about mindset that I understood everything I was never taught in school.  Through trail and error and a painful amount of failing forward, I created a blueprint that helped me make the impact, and achieve the financial freedom, I so wanted and deserved. 

In my quest to read every business book, learn every Instagram hack, and chant every prosperity mantra under the sun, I was able to build my business to 7 figures within 3 years - all without ever marketing myself or spending thousands on paid media campaigns. I also launched my first course and made over $250,000 in passive revenue in just 4 months.

I went from working with unideal clients completely unwilling to invest in my value to a fully booked out roster of A-List powerhouse women. Now, my days are filled with working with game-changing, purpose driven females who use their platforms to empower and inspire millions globally. 

When I started helping other entrepreneurs dial in the same aspects of brand messaging and crafting offers that I had personally use to build a million-dollar client driven business and a passive income stream, I knew I wanted to pull back the curtain on exactly how to create attention grabbing content that cut through the noise. It was not easy. I began working with A-list talent, macro-influencers, authors, wellness experts, coaches, and content creators on how they could replicate this results-driven method in THEIR business too.
 
So, I put together The Mastermind to teach everything I learned in my 10+ years of content marketing and overnight entrepreneurship that has allowed me to build a 7-figure businesses in under 3 years — and one of the most talked about membership programs on the market. 
 
And to get ultra candid, this path is not for the faint-hearted. I spent a lot of time, money, and heart-ache playing small and living in fear while trying to figure all of this out. I made mistake after mistake, and it was painful.  I wish I would have had a program like this earlier in my career so I could have saved a lot of time and a lot of tears.  I learned that, as an expert Brand Strategist, not sharing all of the tipping-points on my journey would keep a lot of women in a state of lack.  Which is why I'm share my experience to save you all of the sweat equity that I poured into my business.
